A little extra for the customer experience

I would like to take the time to mention that every time I came to Planète Mazda, I did not feel that we were trying to "make money on my back", something we all too often notice in other garages. On the contrary, Bertrand always tries to put the issues on the warranty (when it is applicable) and thus avoid expenses for me. I really appreciate his approach to customers. Also, appointments are sometimes longer, the coffee service is very popular. It's not much, but it's a little extra for the customer experience. Same thing for the Wi-Fi.
